New foundation for creativ polish people.

Wihajster Foundation was established by 4 long-time friends who perfectly know the problems young artists face when trying to display and promote their work. The aim of the organization is to provide help with launching a young artist’s career, as within confines of gathering funds, finding exhibition space etc.

The brains behind Wihajster is Marcin Lewandowski, a Polish Philology student of University of Warsaw, one of the creators of a role-play “Fabex” during V National Forum of Civil Initiatives, organized by Polish Association of Integration in Psychotherapy and Laboratory of Psycho-education; Kuba Oldak , a student of Warsaw’s Academy of Fine Arts, actively involved in Warsaw’s bohemian life; both Kuba and Marcin are co-managers of Warsaw’s acclaimed club Kamieniolomy, nominated for the Aktivist magazine “Club of the Year” award; Piotr Najar,  a graphic artist who worked on launching K MAG magazine and is a DJ/promoter from Club Collab, a Lodz’s AFA student; Maciej Niemojewski from Warsaw’s AFA.

Their main project these days is “Kalejdoskop”. It’s a series of art exhibitions which take place in different and unusual venues. It is mainly focused on promoting young talents that haven’t been showed to the public yet.

There is still more to come from these guys so keep following their actions.
